"One of the benefits of working as a Health and Wellness Consultant is testing new longevity services and biohacking products before they hit the mass market. This month I met fellow yogi/meditation instructor Lara Ufer at the Wellness Eternal showroom in her native West Chester to try some of the latest regenerative technologies hitting the market. With the place to ourselves we had a blast testing all the equipment with co-founder Yeli Aguirre while her partner Lindsay O'Neill was manning a pop-up showroom in the Hamptons.

First, Lara reclined in the Revibe vibracoustic chair wearing a headset to experience the @roxiva sound and light meditative journey. In just 20 minutes she felt completely transported losing track of space and time (quality feedback for a seasoned meditator).

As a reboot between services, we sampled cups of water from this amazing oxygenating filtration system that adds so many O2 bubbles to the water it looks cloudy and tastes thicker. I've already reached out to THE WATERBAR💧by Thought in Motion in my town telling them they need this machine STAT.

It was the shortest 50 minutes ever. Relaxed and rejuvenated would be an understatement, I'm sure I fell asleep.

Next triad using a grounding mattress cover (chosen over the grounding eye masks, keyboard mats, pillow cases, blankets, etc) on top of an adjustable vibration bed frame under a red light panel with red and near infrared light therapy reducing inflammation at a cellular level by activating ATP production. You know how babies fall right asleep in those vibrating chairs? Yeah, it was like that. Everyone needs a grounding blanket throw on the couch so that while watching tv the regenerative properties of the silver threaded fabric does its anti-aging magic.
